New governance requirements for gaming machine licensees
The Commission’s Review of the Governance Provisions in the Gaming Machine Act 2004 (GMA) has resulted in a number of amendments to the GMA. These amendments are made by the Gaming Machine (Club Governance) Amendment Act 2011 (the Act) which was passed by the ACT Legislative Assembly on 28 June 2011.
