Raffles

A raffle is any lottery, scheme or arrangement involving the distribution of prizes in which prizewinners are determined by means which include an element of chance or a mixture of skill and chance.

A raffle usually involves the sale of tickets followed by a draw to determine the winners of certain pre-determined prizes. A prize includes anything of value or benefit.

Fees

Payment must accompany your application and may be made by cash, visa or mastercard, cheque or money order.

If an application is withdrawn prior to commencement of its assessment. Original fee refunded less $52

Fee payable by the permit holder for a variation* to an approved lottery. $52
*A "lottery variation" form needs to be completed and submitted with the amendment fee prior to any changes being approved
