If you have a Tattersall's Sweeps ticket which was purchased in the ACT and is six months old or more yo may claim your prize through the Commission by completing an Unclaimed Tattersall's Prize Claim Form and attaching the winning ticket(s).

Tattersall's Sweeps prizes for tickets under six months old and Instant Lottery Tickets (Scratch its) can be claimed at your local Tattersall's Agency or by forwarding them to:
