The interpreter can access information from our website and translate it for you. The interpreter can also be on the phone with you during a counselling session to help you and the counsellor communicate.
You can also call the Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 and ask the counsellor to organise an interpreter through the Telephone Interpreter Service.
Calls to the Telephone Interpreter Service cost the same as a local call from a landline. Additional charges apply for mobiles.
