The Commission first signed a Memorandum of Understanding [PDF 311KB] (MOU) with Access Canberra, as part of the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate, in 2016. The MOU outlines the services Access Canberra provides the Commission.
The current MOU was signed in August 2023.
