The Commission administers the Grants Program through the Gambling Harm Prevention and Mitigation Fund.
The program aims to:
- reduce harm caused by gambling
- support healthy communities and environments.
We encourage involvement from:
- industry
- research organisations
- the community
- individuals.
Projects must:
- benefit people in the ACT
- support the Commission’s Strategy for gambling harm prevention in the ACT: A public health approach.
Grant streams
The Grants Program has two application streams.
Annual Grants
Applications to the 2026 Annual Grants program have now closed.
Community Grants
Local organisations and individuals can apply for up to $10,000 for small projects that help prevent and reduce gambling harm in the ACT.
Applications are open year round.
